After making several real estate investments in France on behalf of their relatives, the Home France team decided to launch a real estate agency catering to companies and individuals outside of Europe. With this hands-on experience, Home France gained a deep understanding of investors’ needs: investing in French real estate with full transparency, confidence, and security, without the need to travel to France. To meet this growing demand, Home France has developed a proven concept that allows investors to explore properties and their surroundings, then invest remotely, by proxy, without the need for physical presence.

Home France assists companies and individuals located outside of Europe throughout all stages of their real estate investment projects in France, by proxy and without requiring their physical presence. We leverage our network of expert agencies in several cities outside Europe to inform and engage with both current and potential investors through seminars and consultations.
We work closely with our clients to define a coherent and realistic investment goal that aligns with their budget, ranging from affordable apartments to luxury homes. We regularly select and present properties through innovative virtual tours, including films and photos of the property and its neighborhood.
Additionally, we guide our clients through every step of their investment process, from handling administrative procedures to the final purchase at the notary.
